Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Access Comfort mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Access Comfort is a mobile application provided by SunDollar A/C & Heat, LLC that allows homeowners to schedule HVAC service, track technicians, manage invoices, order air filters, communicate with service staff, and manage their home comfort systems.

User Accounts

• You must provide a valid phone number to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate and current information about your property.
• One account per phone number is permitted.

Service Area

HVAC services are available in our current service areas in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, including Mesquite, Garland, Sunnyvale, Rowlett, Balch Springs, Forney, Crandall, and surrounding cities in Texas. Service availability may vary.

Scheduling & Appointments

• Appointment times are subject to technician availability.
• We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window.
• Emergency services are available but may be subject to additional charges.
• You agree to provide safe access to your property for scheduled service.

Payments & Billing

• Service charges, invoices, and estimates are provided through the App.
• Payment is processed securely through Square.
• Membership plans are billed according to their stated terms.
• All prices are in US dollars and subject to applicable taxes.

Membership Plans

Access Care membership plans provide preventive maintenance and priority service benefits. Membership terms, pricing, and included services are described within the App. Memberships auto-renew unless cancelled.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Interfere with the proper operation of the App.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and trademarks, is owned by SunDollar A/C & Heat, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Limitation of Liability

SunDollar A/C & Heat, LLC provides the App "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
